By creating an account or using Otaku Shinden, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Otaku Shinden only with a parent or guardian's permission. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You may not post illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content, and you may not harass, impersonate, or spam other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on Otaku Shinden, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform.

To report copyright infringement, email support@otakushinden.com with a link to the content and proof that you own the original work. We remove or disable infringing content within 72 hours of a valid report.

Otaku Shinden sells entry tickets for selected events, priced in Indian Rupees (INR). The entry price and what the ticket covers - event participation plus any kit or merchandise stated on the event page - is shown before you pay. We do not sell subscriptions, memberships or premium ranks. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

OtakuCoins are free reward points. You earn them through quizzes, events and community activity. OtakuCoins cannot be bought, hold no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for money or for goods and services outside Otaku Shinden. Coins can only be redeemed for in-platform cosmetics, badges and perks. OtakuCoins are not a virtual currency, wallet or stored-value product, and no payment feature on this site involves them.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages, maintenance periods, or failures caused by third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or actions that harm the platform or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otaku Shinden is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
