You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You may not post illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content, and you may not harass, impersonate, or spam other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on Otaku Shinden, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform.

Some events and items carry a fee. Organizers may set an entry fee for their events, from which Otaku Shinden deducts a platform commission; we also sell OtakuCoins (a virtual currency) and Season Passes. We do not offer subscription plans. All prices are shown before you pay. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for outages, maintenance periods, or failures caused by third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or actions that harm the platform or its users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otaku Shinden is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
