Delivery policy
Event entry is digital. Your entry is confirmed on your account immediately after successful payment. Any kit or merchandise included with a ticket is handed out at the event; nothing is shipped.
OtakuCoins are never for sale. Earn OtakuCoins through quizzes, events and community activity. Coins can't be bought or traded, and they have no cash value. Spend them on cosmetics, badges and perks. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
